Mountain Khakis is a mountain-inspired lifestyle apparel brand that's based in Jackson Hole, WY. They were established in 2003 and have since expanded their offices to Charlotte, NC and Grand Junction, CO. Their products are available online and in many retail stores throughout the United States, Canada, Japan, and Europe.[1]
Products
Mountain Khakis was initially known as a "bottoms" brand that specialized in pants and shorts for men, women, and kids. They have recently expanded their line to include t-shirts, hoodies, and accessories as well. [2] Their clothing is made for outdoor activities like hiking, climbing, camping, fishing, and kayaking. In 2009, three of their styles were ranked in the top ten best selling pants in the outdoor industry. [3]
MK Fund
Mountain Khakis partners with grassroots organizations that are known to protect the environment, communities, and the outdoor lifestyle. [4] Among a few of these organizations are Push America [5], The Wild Image Project [6], Snake River Fund [7], Access Fund [8], and 24 Hours of Booty. [9]
