Mount Jiracek (73°46′S 163°56′E / 73.767°S 163.933°E) is a mountain (2,430 m) rising at the west side of the head of Tinker Glacier, in the Southern Cross Mountains of Victoria Land. Mapped by United States Geological Survey (USGS) from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1960-64. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for George R. Jiracek, geophysicist at McMurdo Station, 1964-65.
