Mount Hoegh

Mount Hoegh (64°50′S 62°48′W / 64.833°S 62.8°W / -64.833; -62.8) is a mountain, 890 m, standing 1.5 nautical miles (2.8 km) south-southeast of Duthiers Point on the west coast of Graham Land. Charted by the Belgian Antarctic Expedition under Gerlache, 1897-99. Named by the United Kingdom Antarctic Place-Names Committee (UK-APC) in 1960 for Emil von Hoegh (1865–1915), German mathematical optician who designed the first double anastigmatic camera lens in 1893.
