MotiveQuest is an independent market research company, with capabilities and services focussed on online ethnography. Its work has been highlighted by Forrester Research for its strategy-led brand monitoring services. Trade publications such as Advertising Age and books, including Groundswell (book) and Shoptimism , that cover the impact of social technology and social media on marketing, have also cited research completed by MotiveQuest for clients such as Mini.

History and Overview

MotiveQuest was founded in 2003 by David Rabjohns, formerly executive vice president director of brand planning for Leo Burnett Worldwide in Chicago. MotiveQuest, headquartered in Evanston, IL, maintains offices in and New York, NY and Portland, OR. Its clients include: Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Citi, Chrysler, Grey Group, Kraft Foods, Microsoft, Nike, Novartis, and State Farm Insurance.

Recognition and Awards
