Moss Trestman (1919?–1987) was the general manager of the Boston Red Sox for three months before being fired by the owner for reckless endangerment of the team during their spring training in 1968.[1] After his stint in Boston, Trestman retired to Miami where he became a competitive deep-sea fisherman.
