25 March 2011Morgan Kneisky (born 31 August 1987 in Besançon) is a French track racing cyclist. He is a member of the Chambéry Cyclisme Formation, and the 2009 World Scratch Race champion.

Biography
Morgan Kneisky began cycling as a youngster, when he joined the Amicale Cycliste Bisontine. In 2008, he joined the Chambéry Cyclisme Formation, a team in the top national division. That year, he won the Tour de Moselle.[1] In 2009, Kneisky participated in his first Track Cycling World Championships, and came away with the Scratch race title.
