Kevin McCoy (rector)

Msgr. Kevin P. McCoy, is a Roman Catholic priest, originally of the Diocese of Sioux City, Iowa. He was born at Jefferson, Iowa, on Apr 24, 1954, attended Loras College and the North American College in Rome, and was ordained July 25, 1981, at Jefferson. He was Chancellor of the Diocese of Sioux City from 1987 to 1998 and was named Monsignor in 1998. McCoy served as the rector of the Pontifical North American College in Rome from 2001 till he became head of the capital campaign for that College in Washington, DC.
