Monty J. Holt is a retired American boxer, kickboxer and mixed martial artist. He was born in Daviess County, Indiana in 1963. He became interested in fighting and began training when he was only 3 years old.
Fighting Career
He lists Bruce Lee, "Judo"Gene LaBell and Helio Gracie as his inspiration and role models. Monty captured the PKA kickboxing light heavyweight championship in 1991 with a brutal first round knock out over then current champion, Robert Hauston. He also claimed the U.S. Vale Tudo (MMA) championship at Charlotte, N.C. in 1994. Moe as he is sometimes known, has never been defeated in a professional fight. Known as a vicious, unrelenting fighter with devastating knock out power, Monty has compiled a fighting record as follows; Kickboxing: 30-0. Boxing: 16-0. MMA: 9-0.
