Mixon Rocks (76°43′S 159°23′E / 76.717°S 159.383°E) is a rock outcrop about 2.5 nautical miles (4.6 km) west of Gadarene Ridge in the Allan Hills, Oates Land. Reconnoitered by the New Zealand Antarctic Research Program (NZARP) Allan Hills Expedition, 1964, who named this feature for Lieutenant William A. Mixon, a U.S. Navy medical officer at McMurdo Station who treated an injured member of the expedition.
