Mitteleuropa (book)

Mitteleuropa is a book on geopolitics of central and eastern Europe, published by German liberal politician Friedrich Naumann in 1915, where he provides his vision of a postwar German cultural and economic imperium in central and eastern Europe.

Slobodan Milosevic quoted large portions from the book in his trial for war crimes, notably a statement that Serbia should be "erased from the map", and argued that German liberal politicians of the 1990s like Klaus Kinkel shared the sentiments of Friedrich Naumann^[1].^{[non-primary source needed]}
