Miss Texas USA 2009, was held at the Laredo Entertainment Center in Laredo, Texas on June 29, 2008. At the conclusion of the final night of competition, Brooke Daniels of Houston was crowned the winner.

The pageant was hosted by Jason Feinberg with Mandy Jaye Jeffreys who was Miss Texas Teen USA in 1995, and competed in the pageant seven times.

This was the last year of that the pageant which was held in Laredo, TX
