The annual Miss Puerto Rico Universe competition was held in the fall of 2003 in Puerto Rico. Alba Reyes won the pageant [1] and represented Puerto Rico at the Miss Universe 2004 pageant were she placed 2nd Runner-up and won the award for Miss Photogenic. [2]
