Milan Horyna (born January 9, 1939) is a Czechoslovak slalom canoer who competed from the late 1950s to the early 1970s. He won a silver medal in the C-2 event at the 1967 ICF Canoe Slalom World Championships in Lipno nad Vltavou.

Horyna also finished 11th in the C-2 event at the 1972 Summer Olympics in Munich.
