Michael Anthony Smith (born 23 February 1961) is an American baseball player, who was a pitcher in Major League Baseball from 1984 to 1989.

Graduated Pierce College 1986. Pitched for Cincinnati Reds, Montreal Expos and Pittsburgh Pirates. RHP short and long relief. Became a popular pool designer after baseball career. 3 kids, divorced, resides in Ventura County, CA.
