Mike Erre is currently the lead pastor at the Mariners Church Mission Viejo Campus, since August 29, 2010. Prior to this, Erre was formerly the lead Teaching Pastor at Rock Harbor Church, an evangelical Christian megachurch located in Costa Mesa, California.
Erre announced in Spring 2010 that he would be leaving his role at Rock Harbor Church because God was leading him elsewhere. Erre announced no immediate plans, only that he was leaving the church. Erre preached his final message as teaching pastor on the weekend of June 26-27, 2010. About 2 months after Erre left Rock Harbor Church, he was offered the position of campus teaching pastor at the Mariners Church Mission Viejo Campus.[1]
