Mikhail Meandrov (Russian: Михаил Алексеевич Меандров) (1894 - August 1, 1946) was a Soviet officer (colonel). Taken prisoner by the Germans in World War II near Leningrad in 1941, he later became an important commander (general) in the Nazi-allied Russian Liberation Army. Taken prisoner by the Soviets, he was executed in 1946.
