Michael T. Griffith (born 1957) is a Mormon apologist who has written several books defending The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church) and the authenticity of the Book of Mormon. He is also an advocate of the multiple-shooters theory in the John F. Kennnedy assassination.[citation needed]
Griffith joined the LDS Church in 1977. He served a mission for the church in the Texas Dallas Mission. He has studied at American Military University, Catholic Distance University, Excelsior College, Carroll College[disambiguation needed ], the Community College of the Air Force, and Haifa University in Israel.[citation needed]
Among Griffith's books is One Lord, One Faith: Writings of the Early Christian Father's as Evidences of the Restoration. He has also written A Ready Reply: Answering Challenging Questions About the Gospel, Refuting the Critics: Evidences of the Book of Mormon's Authenticity, and How Firm A Foundation: Evidences of the Restored Gospel of Jesus Christ.[citation needed]
Griffith has also written an article on Joseph Smith's prophecies with Jeff Lindsay and W. John Walsh.[1]
Griffith and his wife, the former Rosemarie Lynn Pratt, are the parents of five children.[citation needed]
