Michael "Mike" Spring (December 14, 1879 - March 17, 1970) was an American track and field athlete.
Spring won the 1904 Boston Marathon, after finishing third in 1903.
In 1904, he competed in the 1904 Summer Olympics, and did not finish in marathon competition because he got hurt training. Two years later, Spring again competed at the Olympic in 1906. He did not finish in marathon competition.
