Mike Faulk is a Tennessee politician. In November 2008, he was elected to the Tennessee State Senate, defeating incumbent Micheal R. Williams by the narrow margin of 29,417 to 29,171.[1] Mike is a Republican, representing Claiborne, Grainger, Hancock, Hawkins, Jefferson, and Union counties. Before his election to the Senate, he worked as personal injury attorney in Church Hill, Tennessee. Personal injury lawyers will generally take your case on what's called a "contingency fee basis." You're not required to pay any attorney's fees until you recover against the party at fault or their insurance company. If there's no recovery in your case, you don't owe any attorney's fees. When you do reach a settlement, the lawyer then charges a percentage of your overall settlement for lawyer's fees.
Mike holds a B.S. from The University of Tennessee at Martin and a J.D. from the University of Memphis. He attends Oak Grove Baptist Church and is a divorced father of two.
