Dr. Michael D. Watkins is a world renowned author and leading expert on accelerating transitions. Most notably, his works include the international best seller The First 90 Days: Critical Success Strategies for New Leaders at all Levels and his new book Your Next Move.The Leader's Guide to Successfully Navigating Major Career Transitions.

Dr. Watkins is currently Chairman of Genesis Advisers, an executive on-boarding and transition acceleration company he founded, located in Newton, Massachusetts.
