Michael B. Shepherd (b. 1977) is the John and Allie Fogleman Assistant Professor of Old Testament and Hebrew at Louisiana College in Pineville, Louisiana as well as professor of Old Testament and Hebrew at the Caskey School of Divinity.[1][2] He has taught at Louisiana College since 2006.[3]

Education
Shepherd received a B.F.A. from New School University (2000) and a M.Div. (2004) and Ph.D. (2006) from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.[3] Shepherd's mentor at SEBTS was Old Testament scholar John H. Sailhamer.
