Michael Akuffu Mensah (born 18 December 1985) is a Ghanaian footballer, who currently plays for Asante Kotoko.

Career

Akuffu began his career by Feyenoord Academy.^[1] He is a defending midfielder / right back defender who has enjoyed regular berth with the ASEC Mimosas. After 1 year turned back to Feyenoord Academy, in July 2009 he went on trial at Finnish side FC PoPa. After the trial he signed a loan agreement until the end of the Finnish season.^[2] In the first 2 games he already made a good impression by scoring 2 goals in 2 games.^[3] The Right back signed in December 2010 for Asante Kotoko.^[4]
