Michael A. Pinckney

Michael A. Pinckney is a film director[1] and a considered a protégé of filmmaker Spike Lee, who is the executive producer[2] of Mr. Pinckney's upcoming film You're Nobody till Somebody Kills You."[3]

Career

Michael Pinckney is the founder and managing director of Black Noise Media, a production company in New York City. He has worked as an assistant director on films and television series, including The 25th Hour, 7th Heaven, The Best Man, Law & Order, Inside Man and the Academy Award nominated film "Precious" for which he was nominated for the Directors Guild of America Award.[4]
