Changes

  • In July 2009 Rumiana Jeleva became minister of foreign affairs and was replaced by Andrey Kovatchev. She's been also nominated for European commissioner responsible for disaster management and humanitarian aid, but she failed to answer questions about allegations over her financial interests during the Europen Commission Hearings and was replaced by Kristalina Georgieva.
