Melstacorp

Melstacorp Limited is a 100% owned subsidiary of Distilleries Company of Sri Lanka PLC ^[1] which is one of the 10 largest listed companies in the Colombo Stock Exchange. Melstacorp Limited is the holding company of many subsidiaries and significant interests of the DCSL group including Sri Lanka's largest producer of Sugar and Ethanol Pelwatte Sugar Industries PLC ^[2], Periceyl Private Limited that represents Pernod Ricard brands in Sri Lanka, Splendormedia (Private) Limited, Bogo Power (Private) Limited, Milford Holdings (Private) Limited, Melsta Logistics (Private) Limited, Melsta Properties (Private) Limited, Melsta Brands (Private) Limited, Continental Insurance Lanka Limited and Lanka Bell Limited.

Deshamanya Harry Jayawardena is the Chairman of the Melstacorp.
