Melinda Jacobs Grodnick

Melinda Jacobs–Grodnick (born August 2, 1967) is an American born entertainment reporter, currently providing content to Secrets of the City and [1]. Over the span of her 20 year career in television/radio Jacobs-Grodnick has interviewed celebrities such as Quincy Jones, Kathie Lee Gifford, Joan Rivers, Demi Lovato and Adrian Peterson.

Born in Minneapolis, Jacobs–Grodnick is the third child of five to Alexandra and global entrepreneur Irwin L. Jacobs. She was a competitive figure skater with the United States Figure Skating (USFSA) in the seventies. During her career she has been on-air talent at KSTP-TV (ABC), KMSP-TV (FOX) for Good Company and the Mall of America show. She often can be heard on a variety of radio shows in the Twin Cities, including KS-95, FM107 affiliated through Hubbard Broadcasting. She is an ongoing contributor to Secrets of the City, a twin cities based blogging community that was started by popular weekly, The Rake.

Jacobs-Grodnick has also worked as a spokesperson for Target Corporation and several Twin Cities based companies.

Married to President and CEO of [Jacobs Trading]http://www.jacobstrading.com, Howard Grodnick, they have two children.^[1]
