In 1986, after several attempts at entrepreneurship on the East Coast Ghafourifar founded a start-up venture business network in Silicon Valley, which he sold to a national firm in mid-2001.[1]
Since 2003, Ghafourifar has served as the Chairman of Pillarton Corporation, a capital and management advisory services company based in Silicon Valley.[2]
Ghafourifar is also the Founder and CEO of Univetica, a social initiative with a vision of "a thriving global community" and a mission to help people improve their decision making skills.[3]
Film
Ghafourifar is the executive producer of the 2008 documentary, Iran: Hot Tea, Cool Conversations.[1]
