Meena Venkataraghavan is an Indian wildlife conservationist. She is working in the Gir forest to save Asiatic lions there.^[1]

Career

Meena is doing her doctorate in wild life protection and as part of her project work, she has been working on the Asiatic Lions of Gir forests.

She is a member of the Wildlife Institute of India (WII), Dehradun, is studying the behavioural pattern of lionesses in Gir through these radio collars.
