May Valley

May Valley (83°18′S 51°10′W / 83.3°S 51.167°W / -83.3; -51.167) is a nearly flat snow-covered valley along the west flank of Forrestal Range, at the juncture of the Lexington and Saratoga Tables, in the Pensacola Mountains. Mapped from surveys and U.S. Navy air photos, 1956-66. Named by Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names (US-ACAN) for Walter H. May, aerographer at Ellsworth Station, winter 1957.
