The I.E Max Ludwig Planck (commonly known as Colegio Max Planck) is a private German school in Trujillo, northern Perú. Usually known for the high education offered this is because it's college preparation. The taught subject are usually the ones of first and second year in University.

This school is part of the homonym educational group which includes Max Ludwig Planck (School) , Jose María Escrivá School, Max Kids Nursery and Max Planck College Preparation Institute (also in Cajamarca and Chiclayo).

History

Max Ludwig Planck was born of vision and concern of its promoter Víctor Castro Vidal, who after forming in 1993 the College preparation institute Max Planck, had the idea of creating pre-university school and with the support of large professionals and friends, as well as the motivation of his wife, Elsa Ms. Salinas and already having a successful pre-college institute starts to look for the appropriate resolution to authorize the formation of the dream school.

This resolution was finally given by September 15, 2002 realizing the dream, the doors of the school opened in March 2003 and initiated and educational activities.

Years pass and now the school has a staff of top-level teachers, who rely on the philosophy of "total education" which is the innovative learning system that favours now over 400 students in levels, primary and secondary, using appropriate methodological strategies that have made it into a competitive company as a leading educational institution.

By now the current director is Mr. Luis Guzman Perez

Due the quality of education gave to the students, the Federal Republic of Germany gave an affiliation called PASH(Schools Partners for the Future), making it possible for students to travel to that country to acquire new knowledge, cultural exchange and improve the German language taught in school.
