Scozzarella has made youth appearances for Atalanta, but didn't made senior appearances for Dea, and signed with Portossummaga.
In Portossummaga, Scozzarella helped the team to get the promotion to 2010-11 Serie B, and in the end of the 2010-11 season, he signed with his first club, Atalanta.
In 17 July, Scozzarella was loaned to newly-promoted Serie B team Juve Stabia.
