Matjaž Kozelj (born March 12, 1970 in Maribor) is a retired male butterfly swimmer from Slovenia. He was a member of the Slovenian Swimming Squad (five swimmers) at the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, and competed in two individual events: 100m and 200m butterfly.
