The matinees were introduced in the 90's, from the need for the youngest were about going to a bar legally, as many bars and clubs had trouble with the law to allow entry to minors.

The ages range between 13 and 18, usually teenagers entering the age of 14. In the matinees dont expand alcohol or smoking allowed. Although the latter standard is not met in almost any club in the country.
