(マスターティラノモン MasterTyranomon)File:Master Tyranomon.jpg Level Ultimate MasterTyrannomon is an Ultimate Level Dinosaur Digimon. It is known as "Master Tyranno" (ティラノ師匠 Tyranno-shisho ) with "Master" having an additional teacher connotation in the Japanese version of Digimon World 2. MasterTyrannomon is the Ultimate form of Tyrannomon due to having an amazing winning streak in battle. Its body covered in scars is proof of this. His skill at fighting also incredibly raise and more experience in battle. His deadly attack, Master Fire, improved from Blaze Blast by results of his training.

Digimon World
MasterTyrannomon is Tyrannomon's boss and sends him to join the city after Meteormon is defeated. He resides at the Ancient Glacial Region where he guards the path towards the Ancient Speedy Region.
Digimon World 2
MasterTyrannomon digivolves from Greymon and Tyrannomon, and can further digivolve to WarGreymon. A MasterTyrannomon also guards the entrance to File City. When you battle it after first meeting it, it's HP is at 500. MasterTyrannomon has special attack, Zen Recovery, which recovers all lowered parameters for self and allies.
Digimon World 3
MasterTyrannomon appears as a boss that you must battle in order to get permission to fight the Seiryu city leader. He can be found in Tyranno Valley. His special attack is Master Fire. When he defeated, he gives you Old Claw.
Digimon World Digital Card Battle
MasterTyrannomon belongs to the Fire card group and has HP 1280, circle attack 850, triangle attack 520 and Tripled-ice cross attack 370.
Attacks
- Master Fire: Releases a red aura, accumulates energy and breathes out a flame with sufficient strength from the mouth.
- Master Claw: Pierces and crushes the enemy with his huge claws.
- Hyper Heat Blast (超高熱闘気 ? , lit. "Super-Hot Embers"): Showers super-hot embers from his whole body.
- Zen Recovery (精神注入 ? , lit. "Spiritual Infuse"): Recovers all lowered parameters for self and allies.
