Marcus Harris (American football)

Marcus Harris (born October 11, 1974[1]) attended and played college football for the University of Wyoming from 1993-1996. He won the Fred Biletnikoff Award in 1996 as the top wide receiver in the nation. He is currently the only Biletnikoff Award winner to never have played in an National Football League game. He finished his career at Wyoming with 259 receptions, 4,518 yards, and 38 touchdowns. He was selected with the 31st pick of the seventh round, 232nd overall, by the Detroit Lions in the 1997 NFL Draft. He was inducted into the Wyoming Athletics Hall of Fame on September 24, 2004.[2] He currently is an assistant coach for the football team at Breck School, as well as head coach of the girls' basketball team at Brooklyn Center High School.
