Marcus "Marc" Ross Freiberger (November 27, 1928(1928-11-27) – June 29, 2005) was an American basketball player who competed in the 1952 Summer Olympics. Freiberger played collegiately at the University of Oklahoma.

He was part of the U.S. men's basketball team, which won the gold medal. He played seven games.

He died in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
