- Manus O'Donell

Manus O'Donell, Irish soldier and noble, died 1737.
O'Donell was the grandson of Colonel Manus O'Donell, killed in action at Dungannon in 1646, and grand-nephew to Sir Niall Garbh O'Donell. Manus himself was a colonel in the service of Austria, as were many members of his family.

O'Donell's family were hereditary keepers of the Cathach of St. Columba, and were responsible for its return to Ireland in the early 19th century.
