Manqoba Mngqithi (born April 25, 1971 in Umzimkhulu, KwaZulu-Natal) is a South African football (soccer) coach.

Mnqgithi, currently the youngest coach in the PSL, led Arrows to their first ever cup title when they beat Ajax Cape Town 6–0 in the final of the 2009 MTN 8 on October 24, 2009.[1] He has been a coach for more than 15 years[2] and is a former schoolteacher by profession.[3]
