Emmanuel "Manny" Cohen is a British business man, and the chairman of the Raymond Morris Group Limited. He is also Chairman of Arlesey Town Football Club and PR, marketing and communication director of British Bobsleigh.

Life and Career

Manny Cohen has been in the Business Information & Registrations Business for over 35 years. He started working for himself in business aged 19, in 1977 as a researcher of Company and Government records and had a 2nd business as a photographer. Mainly self taught in business, he part qualified in accounting and finance by starting the ACCA (certified accounts) and (ICSA) chartered secretary courses.

He is currently the chairman of the Raymond Morris Group and its subsidiary companies. The Group owns and operates the company information and anti-money laundering database aRMadillo. It now covers 170 million companies in 220 countries. The Group is a major supplier of UK and International company registrations as well as trusts and foundations used in Wealth Management solutions. It is also the principal representative in Europe of the major international law firm Mossack Fonseca & Co.

Cohen is also director of ACRA, the Association of Company Registration Agents, and the main industry body of the company registration industry.

His other current positions include Chairman of Arlesey Town Football Club, Chairman of LJV Sports Management,Director of The British Bobsleigh Association--currently, he is Britain’s No1 amateur bobsleigh driver.[1]
