Mania Tower

Coordinates: 43°25′10″N 24°36′58″E / 43.41944°N 24.61611°E / 43.41944; 24.61611 Mania Tower is a high-rise building located in the center of Pleven, Bulgaria. The basement and the two lowest floors contain the City Center Pleven shopping mall, while the tower is used as a business center. The building was built as Hotel Pleven. In 2006, the building was reconstructed and renovated. With 78 meters and 15 stories it is the second tallest building in the city after the Pleven TV Tower.
