Malini Murmu

Malini Murmu^[1] was a first year Student pursuing her MBA from the prestigious B School IIM Bangalore. On 20th September 2011, Tuesday morning she was found hanging in her hostel room no 421. She had left a suicide note behind which stated that she was committing suicide because her boyfriend from IIT Roorkee had dumped her on facebook due to a petty quarrel.^[2][3] Her boyfriend is booked under the act for abatement of suicide. IIM Bangalore deeply mourned the loss of such a brilliant student and conveyed their sympathy to the family members of Malini Murmu
