Malcolm Beaton

Malcolm Beaton (1860–1916) was a farmer and lumberman; town site of Beaton, British Columbia named after him

He was born in Ontario February 14, 1860 son of Alexander Beaton and Margaret Cameron. He arrived in the Kootenay district about 1891. In the 1901 census Malcolm is found in Revelstoke.
