Ekoli Mahenge Zulu (born December 21, 1965) Is a retired Italian/African boxer. He debuted as a professional at the age of 25 which was later than most boxers. He retired after his loss against Felix Trinidad in a 1998 fight for the IBF welterweight title^[1] at the age of 33 ending his brief boxing career.

Early years

Mahenge Zulu was born in Kinsasha, Democratic Public Of The Kongo. He grew up in Persaro Marche, Italy. He started boxing at the age of 15.
