Maharani Chimnabai (b. 1872; d. at Bombay, 23 August 1958) also known as Chimnabai II, was the second wife of Sayajirao Gaekwad and Maharani of Baroda.

Born as Shrimant Gajrabai Ghatge, daughter of Shrimant Sardar Bajirao Amritrao Ghatge, Sarjerao, of Dewas senior.
