Introduction

Though his professional life consists almost completely of music, O'Leary frequently writes on philosophy and theology. Additionally, he has created a large body of digital artwork. His most recent work has been adapting the poetry of Gerard Manley Hopkins.

O'Leary has recorded many more of the poet's work setting the poems to music in a variety of contemporary styles. He recently performed a number of these adaptations in Ireland at a GMH festival.

Recent albums include "Songs of Experience" (2001) the lyrics of which were written collaboratively with Martin Beek.
