Maggie Topkis

Maggie Topkis (born February 8, 1960, New York) is the owner of Felony & Mayhem Press, American publisher of mystery fiction. Co-owner of New York bookseller Partners and Crime for over 15 years, Topkis founded Felony & Mayhem Press in 2005 out of her frustration over publishing-industry consolidation driving some of her favorite books out of print.^[1]

Prior to founding Felony & Mayhem Press, Topkis was a financial-magazine editor.^[2]
