Jessica Voorsanger

Jessica Voorsanger, born in New York in 1965, is an American artist and academic, living and working in London. She studied Fine Art at Rhode Island School of Design in Rhode Island before gaining an MA in Fine Art at Goldsmiths College, London.

Jessica Voorsanger creates inter-active installations, objects, performances and events that reference pop and celebrity culture.^[1] She has exhibited widely in the UK and internationally, with performances at the Hayward Gallery and Serpentine Gallery.^[2] Jessica Voorsanger has lectured extensively at leading art education institutions such as the Royal College of Art and Camberwell College of Arts. She is married to British artist Patrick Brill.
