Dušan Melichárek (born 29 November 1983 in Prague, Czechoslovakia) is a Czech footballer (goalkeeper), currently playing for Malmö FF in the Swedish top division, Allsvenskan.

Melichárek came to Malmö FF in the beginning of 2008 on loan from Mjällby. He was later bought by the club, he is now second keeper behind Johan Dahlin.
