Plot
Dave Koumanzales (Dave Hill (comedian)) is an out of work filmmaker who's been selling his comic book collection to pay his rent. Just as he's about to give up hope, he's offered what he thinks is his dream job... A chance to work for George Lucas.

- Dave Hill (comedian) - Dave stars as Dave Koumanzales, an award winning independent filmmaker who hasn't had paying work in months. He's behind on his bills and his landlord has threatened to evict him. He's forced to start selling his comic book collection just to get by.
- Victor Varnado - Victor stars as Tito.
- Renan Kanbay - Renan stars as Carrie/The Flash, she is the manager of Forbidden Planet (bookstore): a busy comic book store in New York City. She often dresses as superheros and super heroines in an attempt to drum up more business.
- Scout Durwood - Scout stars as Stephanie Green, Mr. Lucas' executive assistant.
- Rachael Robbins - Rachael stars as Renee, Dave's new producer.
- Cooper Rego - Cooper stars as Dick Longwood, a struggling actor trying to support his family in a rough industry.
