Drakkar Noir is a men's fragrance by Guy Laroche.

In 1993 Guy Laroche offered a promotional CD titled "Best of Rock" with every purchase of Drakkar Noir. The CD featured tracks by Jimi Hendrix, Rod Stewart and others. [1]
Cultural References
- Drakkar Noir was the chosen name of the lead character Jimmy in Raising Hope, Season 1, Episode 22. His mother referred to the name as "that perfume for men", but Jimmy insisted it means "black dragonship".
- Drakkar Noir was referenced in Season 3, Episode 10 of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia when Charlie finds a bottle of the cologne in Mac's bedroom. [2]
- In the American TV series Glee, Finn used it in the episode Vitamin D, and in the episode Blame It on the Alcohol, Principal Figgins mentions that he also uses it.
- In the movie 10 Things I Hate About You, Kat references the 'gauche' perception of the cologne when talking about prom with her friend Mandella: "Do you really want to get all dressed up so some Drakkar Noir-wearing dexter ... can feel you up while you're forced to listen to a band that by definition blows?"
- In The Clique, character Claire's boyfriend, Cam is often recognized by his distinct smell of Drakkar Noir.
- In the movie Let's Go To Prison, Judge Eva Fwae Wun expressed a desire to remove Nelson from the courtroom saying, "I don't want your Drakkar Noir stinking up my courtroom."
- In the episode Rabbit or Duck of How I Met Your Mother, Marshall Eriksen and Lily Aldrin mention that they were brought together as a couple by a combination of the Wesleyan Housing Department and "a healthy splash of" Noir.
- Toward the end of the episode ...And the Bag's in the River of Breaking Bad, Hank Schrader comments that an abandoned car smells like a "Drakkar Noir factory."
- In the episode Candy of The King of Queens season 2, Doug Heffernan, Kevin James, mentions that he is wearing Drakkar Noir to Deacon Palmer, Victor Williams, while they are in line at the movie theater. Deacon recognizes the cologne, and says that he used to wear it in high school.
